New Law Would Allow Federal Authorities to Shoot Private Drones

NBC News reported the 1,200-page FAA Reauthorization Bill includes a “Preventing Emerging Threats” section that would give the FBI and Department of Homeland Security the clearance to take down a drone if it is determined to be a “credible threat.”
